Regulation

All lawyers at AKD Partners New Zealand are admitted to practice as lawyers in New Zealand and regulated by the New Zealand Law Society (NZLS). This insurance covers our practices in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia and extends to acts and omissions wherever they occur in the world.

AKD Partners New Zealand also maintains a professional indemnity insurance with The Justitia Mutual Association Inc.
