Constantin Vellenzer

Constantin Vellenzer is a member of the investment and financial regulatory team in Germany. He advises, among others, domestic and foreign banks, investment funds as well as asset management companies and financial services institutions in the fields of investment, banking regulatory and capital markets law. As part of his practice, Constantin regularly advises on payment services regulation. He also focuses on ESG related issues, FinTech regulatory matters and digitalisation including blockchain, crypto assets and DLT.
