Elena specialises in contentious and non-contentious multi-jurisdictional matters in intellectual property, fashion law, advertising and unfair competition before the national courts, the Italian Trademark Office and the EU General Court. She manages intricate litigation and prepares detailed legal opinions on trademarks, designs, geographical indications, copyrights, domain names, and advertising across a diverse range of industries including fashion, food, toys, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.

Elena is also adept at drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as distribution, supply, licensing, franchising, sponsorship and influencer collaboration agreements.
