As AKD Partners’s Sustainability & ESG lead in New Zealand and international co-lead for sustainability reporting, disclosure and marketing, Daniel has built a nationally recognised practice at the intersection of climate governance, legal risk and reputation management. He supports boards and executives with emerging ESG obligations, greenwashing liability, climate disclosure compliance and strategic risk management.

Daniel acts for major corporates and financial institutions on contentious and regulatory matters, regularly appearing in significant commercial proceedings.
