Group, Michael has been a core designer of

assessing their maturity in relation to

software licencing, use of IP in
technology transactions and procurement of
SaaS and cloud platforms.
Michael has additional experience in the
automotive sector where he has advised
numerous companies throughout the
automotive supply chain on issues relating
to manufacturing of high tech prototypes,
outsourcing, specialist engineering
resourcing and alternative revenue models.
