Marc Samuel

Marc Samuel focuses on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as corporate governance, finance and commercial matters. He has extensive experience managing transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, communications, cybersecurity, defense, sports, healthcare and life sciences. 

He is adept at handling both domestic and cross-border transactions, often in highly regulated industries, with support from AKD Partners’s team of experienced attorneys across the globe and in a number of verticals.

Marc also had a professional football career as a kicker, during which time he was under contract with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League and several Arena Football League franchises.
