Edel O'Kelly

Edel is a Corporate/M&A Partner who advises on international M&A transactions and international corporate structuring and reorganisations with a particular focus on the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.

Edel regularly advises multinationals on their FDI investment projects into/through Ireland and provides specialist advice on corporate governance frameworks, subsidiary management and crisis management.

She has diverse experience having practiced for 16 years on a broad range of international and domestic corporate transactions including M&A, PE investments, strategic partnerships and JVs as well as international corporate reorganisations.

She is known for managing complex transactions and reorganisation projects through the design, feasibility assessment and detailed implementation phases and undertaking reviews of global corporate structures from a legal and compliance perspective.
