Keunyoung is an international corporate tax advisor with a special focus on large-scale international corporate reorganisations, including legal entity rationalisation, post-merger integration, carve-outs, IP migrations and treasury-driven projects. She is dual-qualified as a solicitor and chartered accountant.

Keunyoung offers clients a one-stop solution for their reorganisations needs. She frequently leads a global team of tax practitioners from AKD Partners offices and relationship firms on structuring, as well as a wider multi-disciplinary team on planning and implementation, including corporate, IP, employment, regulatory and RE lawyers and legal project managers.

Keunyoung’s dual-qualified background allows her to reach a wide audience of client stakeholders and deliver expert tax technical advice that is both commercial and pragmatic. She also appreciates the financial statement impacts of transactions and proactively addresses accounting issues ahead of legal implementation, such as impairment risks, reserves management and foreign exchange.
