Jeff Neuman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, contractual, and insurance disputes.

Jeff's diverse litigation experience includes fact development and investigation, discovery management, depositions, witness preparation, and briefing and motions practice across arbitrations and both state and federal litigation. Jeff has experience advising companies faced with government investigations into alleged anti-competitive conduct and frequently represents industry leaders with respect to various sophisticated and high-exposure commercial and insurance disputes, including those arising in the M&A context under representations and warranties policies.
