Siobhan Mullens

Siobhan Mullens is a lead lawyer in the Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing group, advising on strategic, complex technology transactions, primarily advising technology customers in relation to all aspects of the procurement process, in both the public and private sectors.

Siobhan has particular recent experience of advising on digital transformation projects with a focus on AI and automation, enterprise-wide cloud sourcing arrangements and the procurement of solutions 'as-a-Service'.

Siobhan has specific experience of retendering transactions including offshoring and multi-supplier arrangements in respect of IT, telecommunications/telephony, HR, logistics and other business process outsourcings and in renegotiating (extending) existing platform and IT infrastructure relationships.
