About

Katrine Lillerud works with EEA regulatory issues, state aid and competition law. She frequently assist on various EEA regulatory issues and competition law aspects, in particularly in relation to transactions and notification of concentrations, assessment of cooperation between undertakings, distribution agreements and litigations.

She has also regularly performed various procedural assignments within transport and insurance law.

Katrine has work experience from the EFTA Surveillance Authority`s and an in-depth understand of the EEA Agreement. Katrine is currently finalizing her Ph.D. at the European University Institute in the area of EEA State aid. and competition law.

  • Experience as an-house lawyer in aquaculture pharmaceutical firm, 2014 - 2015
  • Assisting our Brussels office in a competition law matter before the Commission and General Court (pharmaceutical industry), which involved massive document review in preparing a Response to the Statement of Objections and reply to the Commission's Defence, to the General Court to reduce the fine of MEUR 146, 2012 - 2013
  • Assistaning in relation to the management for the NCA of the merger between two poultry farmers, which was cleared on certain conditions, 2010 -
