Benno Leemans

Benno Leemans is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice of AKD Partners Amsterdam and advises both domestic and internationally based banks and other (alternative) credit providers, private equity houses and corporate borrowers in respect of all forms of (international) debt financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged finance, corporate lending and asset-based financing arrangements.

His understanding of international business and market dynamics is further enhanced by a four-month fulltime secondment with a leading M&A and debt advisor in the Benelux and a three-month fulltime secondment with the AKD Partners London debt finance team.
