Tom focuses on international mergers and
acquisitions, public equity and private
equity work. He works with international
corporates and institutions, as well as
with high-growth innovative companies,
particularly in the life sciences and
technology/Fintech sectors.
Tom leads and acts for a number of the
important clients of the firm including
Dentsu Inc., PMI Inc., Entain plc, Dexcom,
Avanos, Cencora and Sun Capital Partners.
Tom has held a number of management
positions within the firm including London
Managing Partner, London Corporate Head
and he has been a member of the
firm’s International and Global
Boards. He is currently on the UK's Senior
Leadership Team and is the Client and
Sectors Partner for the UK.
