C sar is location head of the Financing, Project and Restructuring Department in AKD Partners Spain. C sar has extensive experience in the areas of leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and corporate finance, both nationally and internationally.

He has been involved in several of the most representative transactions in recent years in the Spanish financial and banking market. He is also a regular speaker on legal issues related to financing at leading Spanish universities and business schools and has published numerous articles in various legal and business publications.

Previously, he worked in another important international law firm and as a lawyer in the legal department of a prestigious financial institution.
