Juliette Ginsberg advises on UK and EU competition law, foreign direct investment filings and the UK’s national security and investment regime.

Juliette has extensive experience advising clients across multiple sectors on UK, EU and multi-jurisdictional mergers and foreign direct investment filings. She recently assisted a multinational corporation with one of the largest corporate reorganisations in history, a matter which contributed to AKD Partners achieving Life Sciences Antitrust & Competition Firm of the Year at the 2023 LMG Life Sciences Awards.

Juliette also advises clients on competition investigations, behavioural issues and competition compliance. During a secondment at a leading global bank, Juliette provided daily competition advice on various commercial matters, projects and multi-bank initiatives. Currently, Juliette is advising a client on an ongoing abuse of dominance investigation.
