Dr Björn Enders focuses on domestic and international business tax matters along with tax compliance and litigation matters, as well as indirect taxes, excise duties and customs. He regularly advises on complex corporate transactions be it for M&A or reorganization purposes for private or public companies and investors.
In addition, Björn is a versed advisor in international corporate tax planning and for management incentive schemes. He regularly advises on tax controversies and represents clients in tax disputes both in court (German and EU courts) and out of court (tax audits and tax authority enquiries) whereby he draws from his valuable practical inside knowledge as a former tax officer with the German tax administration.
The Legal 500 Germany 2024 and Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers 2023/2024 recommends Björn for tax law in Germany as does JUVE Handbook Tax 2023/2024.
