Lindsey Dieselman

Lindsey Dieselman advises clients on complex cross-border investigations and government enforcement matters, including those involving bribery, corruption, sanctions, export controls, asset tracing, and national security concerns. Lindsey brings experience spanning the entire life cycle of investigations and enforcement actions from risk assessment and identification of misconduct through remediation and resolution. She routinely works with companies and individuals to identify, investigate, and mitigate US criminal, regulatory, and civil enforcement risks.

Lindsey's investigations practice encompasses both internal and government-facing investigations. She has represented clients before US regulators and enforcement authorities including the US Department of Justice (DOJ), US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), US Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), US Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). She has also represented clients in matters before non-governmental organizations including the World Bank Group. Lindsey is experienced in managing government inquiries involving complex data collection elements, including grand jury and administrative subpoenas, controlled unclassified data (CUI), data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), nationally sensitive data, blocking statutes, Mutual Legal Assistance requests, and cross-border data privacy restrictions.

Lindsey has also worked closely with clients to design and implement effective compliance programs for US anticorruption, sanctions, and export control laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and ITAR. Lindsey also supports clients in conducting anticorruption and trade controls diligence in transactional matters.
