Maria Cornilsen has extensive experience in US
and European leveraged finance, syndicated and
private credit markets, and also venture and
growth lending. Maria represents investment and
commercial banks, direct lenders, and other
financial institutions in both secured and
unsecured lending transactions. She also advises
borrowers across a broad range of industries,
including life sciences, technology, healthcare,
and fintech. Maria has experience representing
clients in finance transactions in New York,
London, and Australia.
