About
Tracy Block focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, and represents clients in both life science and technology matters. Before joining DLA, Tracy worked as an assistant general counsel for a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization supporting the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer health industry.

Prior Experience
Early in her career, Tracy was an intern for Senator Ted
Kennedy and researched the biotechnology industry of
Massachusetts to support the Senator’s economic
summits. After graduating law school, Tracy joined a
leading intellectual property boutique law firm in New York
City and focused her practice on the pharmaceutical
industry, including Hatch-Waxman litigations.
