Edoardo gained a notable experience in managing intellectual property and technology matters and handling complex contractual frameworks and schemes including IP and technology focused merger and acquisitions, outsourcing, licensing, and development.

During his LL.M. degree, Edoardo has focused on copyright and intellectual property in the digital environment, acquiring advanced knowledge to address emerging challenges at the intersection of law and technology.

His area of expertise is mainly focused on technology centred agreements, artificial intelligence matters and digital environment copyright issues.
