She has specific experience in the field of asset management; within this context, has provided her assistance in setting up of asset management companies and in establishing and launching investment funds (real estate funds, private equity funds, social housing, renewable energy, etc).

She has specific expertise in organizational and procedural requirements for asset management companies, banks and brokers, both with reference to specific procedures connected with typical activity of these subjects (for example, investment/disinvestment processes of asset management companies) and with reference to the process deriving from the application of the relevant rules (for example, anti-money laundering, MiFID, etc.).

She assists in the relationship with the competent Authorities.

Moreover, she assists corporate officers, asset managers and credit and financial intermediaries during administrative and judicial proceedings started by the supervisory authorities and aimed at the application of administrative sanctions.
