EXPERIENCE

Anita has represented:

  • Represented Mass General Hospital in construction matters related to the development of a new hospital building on its campus in Boston, MA, which is currently under construction (estimated project budget of $2B)
  • Represented Mass General Brigham in a complex ground lease and development transaction for the ground-up construction of a major regional ambulatory surgery center in Salem, New Hampshire
  • Represented Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in architect and construction contract development and negotiation related to The Klarman Building, a new 10-story, 158-bed in-patient hospital building on its West Campus in the Longwood Medical area, Boston, MA
  • Represented Las Vegas Sands in a ground lease and development transaction for "Sphere at the Venetian," a state-of-the-art concert and sports arena in Las Vegas, NV
