AKD Partners advises Frontline Healthcare Partners in Integracare Inc. acquisition

AKD Partners guided Frontline Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in distributed healthcare businesses, in its acquisition of Integracare Inc., a private-pay home care company. Integracare represents the sixth portfolio company investment made by Frontline.
