AKD Partners advises CENTRA in US$230 million growth investment

AKD Partners counseled CENTRA, a developer of interconnection infrastructure for emerging cloud and AI markets, in its US$230 million growth investment by Columbia Capital, a venture capital firm focused on technology.

The investment will finance development in Reno, NV, and Minneapolis, MN, as well as additional expansion in growing technology hubs. The strategic funding enables CENTRA to meet increasing demand for redundant and dependable network connectivity from cloud, content, AI providers, carriers, and enterprises.
