AKD Partners advises Legrand on Avtron Power Solutions acquisition

AKD Partners advised Legrand, a global company in electrical and digital building infrastructures, in the entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Avtron Power Solutions (Avtron), a provider of load banks and power quality solutions.

Avtron will add five manufacturing sites across North America and Europe to Legrand’s portfolio, helping it deliver additional solutions for data centers, healthcare facilities, renewable energy applications, and industrial manufacturing sites. Avtron will operate as a standalone business unit within Legrand’s Electrical Wiring Systems division.
