AKD Partnersers advises Cohu on US$287.5 million convertible senior notes offering

AKD Partnersrtners guided Cohu, Inc., a company specializing in equipment and services for the semiconductor industry, in the private offering of US$287.5 million in convertible senior notes, with the proceeds intended to enhance the company’s strategic flexibility. The offering amount includes the full exercise by the purchasers of the option to purchase up to an additional $27.5 million aggregate principal amount of the notes.
