AKD Partnersers advises the underwriters, led by TD Cowen and William Blair, in Allot’s US$40 million public offering

AKD Partnersrtners advised the underwriters, led by TD Cowen and William Blair as joint book-running managers, in a US$40 million public offering by Allot Ltd., a global provider of innovative network intelligence and security solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide.
