AKD Partnersers advises StoneX on the acquisition of Plantureux et Associ�s

AKD Partnersrtners has advised StoneX Financial Europe GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc. (a Fortune 100 company listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (NASDAQ: SNEX)), on the proposed acquisition of Plantureux et Associés, a Paris-based brokerage firm specializing in agricultural commodities across both the physical and derivatives markets.

This acquisition will provide the StoneX Group with a strategic foothold in the French agricultural commodities market – Europe’s leading grain producing region – by leveraging Plantureux et Associés’ recognized expertise and relationships in agricultural commodities.

Completion of the transaction remains subject, among other things, to obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
