Caoimhe is a partner and the head of the litigation and regulatory practice in Ireland and advises domestic and international corporate clients on a whole spectrum of contentious and regulatory issues across a broad range sectors and in particular, consumer goods, food and retail, energy, FS and insurance.

She advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of regulatory issues including Health and Safety, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Product Safety, Recall and liability and on Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing across a number of industries. She has experience in complex, high profile cases in the Irish Commercial Court advising and representing clients in a broad range of commercial disputes including, commercial contracts, M&A disputes, product liability, mass torts (including international class actions) and professional negligence litigation.

Caoimhe also has experience in the area of domestic and international regulatory investigations, having acted for a number of Irish and international clients in investigations by various regulatory bodies in the healthcare and food sectors. She advises on internal investigations, dawn raids and stAKD Partnersnquiries and advises clients on managing their relationships with Irish and International regulators.
