AKD Partnersersers advises SolarWinds in its acquisition by Turn/River for $4.4 billion
AKD Partnersrtnersrtners advised SolarWinds Corporation (SolarWinds), a leading provider of simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, in entering into a definitive agreement to be acquired by funds managed by Turn/River in an all-cash transaction for $18.50 per share or approximately $4.4 billion.
