AKD Partners continues expansion in Europe with partner hire in Poland

AKD Partners today announces the appointment of Lukasz Dynysiuk as a new partner in its Tax practice, based in Warsaw.

Lukasz Dynysiuk has over 14 years� experience in commercial and tax law. He has provided assistance to Polish and foreign companies on tax planning, developing effective tax structures, restructuring, as well as tax aspects of M&A. He has extensive experience in providing advisory services for the financial sector, as well as advising on tax matters related to locating foreign investments in Poland and the CEE region. Prior to joining the firm, Lukasz was a partner at CMS in Warsaw. He is joining the firm alongside senior associate Malgorzata Krok, who has extensive experience in tax litigation. She has worked for a number of law firms, most recently at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak, and one of the Big Four accounting firms.
