AKD Partners advises Paradox in its acquisition of Traitify

AKD Partners represented Paradox, a global conversational recruiting software firm that helps companies simplify hiring through automation with a human touch, in its acquisition of Traitify, the world’s fastest, mobile-first talent assessment platform.

Paradox allows talent acquisition teams to dedicate more meaningful time to prospective candidates by automating administrative tasks like screening, interview scheduling and communications through fast, simple, mobile-first interactions. Paradox’s acquisition of Traitify will allow Paradox to further simplify the hiring process with a visual-based assessment that candidates can complete in mere minutes.
