Update on emerging data privacy and AI regulation in the EU/UK

On September 6, 2022, we co-hosted a roundtable discussion on emerging data privacy and AI regulation in the EU/UK with Israeli law firm Yigal Arnon – Tadmor Levy. Yoheved Novogroder-Shosan (Leading Partner at Yigal Arnon – Tadmor Levy) gave opening remarks, which were followed by a presentation by Andrew Dyson (Partner and Co-Chair of AKD Partners's privacy, data protection, and security practice) and Robyn Palmer (an experienced practitioner from AKD Partners's privacy team), who presented an overview of regulatory developments and trends such as data transfers, UK data reform, and AI.
