Represented the Make It 16 campaign s human rights challenge which secured a Supreme Court ruling that New Zealand s voting age is inconsistent with age-discrimination law.
Advised and represented Germany s federal government on state liability matters.
Advised companies from various sectors on their obligations under the German Supply Chain Act, and the EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence.
Represented a wind-power generation business in a judicial review of the Irish utilities regulator s interpretation of the EU Clean Energy Package Regulations.
Acted for Pfizer in a challenge to agency interpretation which prohibited co-pay assistance for patients needing a breakthrough treatment for a rare and fatal disease.
Represented a trade association securing a preliminary injunction against a Florida statute regulating social media firms editorial discretion.
