Advising a hyperscale data centre behemoth on the acquisition and development of various parcels of vacant land throughout New South Wales and Victoria for the construction and operation of data facilities.
Acting for Macquarie Technology Group on the land acquisition of the Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus it operates and leases in Sydney, from Keppel DC REIT, for AUD174m.
Acting for Valparaiso Capital Partners on the AUD530m sale of student accommodation and retail assets. The assets included three high-rise student accommodation buildings in the Brisbane CBD and the associated business and intellectual property.
Advising a multinational pharmaceutical company on the sale and leaseback of a manufacturing plant in Adelaide, as well as acting on the sale of their Perth facility.
Acting for Busy Bees, a leading global early education and child care provider, on the acquisition of numerous other childcare providers, supporting their expansion strategy.
Acting for HSBC Bank Australia on all of their leasing transactions throughout Australia. This includes for their major city head offices, retail branches and ATMs.
