Dr Philipp Clemens has longstanding and comprehensive experience in advising German and international clients on complex, cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and investments, with a particular focus on the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Technology sectors (incl. Venture Capital investments). In addition, he has specific experience with corporate restructurings and distressed M&A.

Philipp has advised international DAX and S&P 100 companies on key strategic transactions, joint ventures and investments and is named as one of Germany s leading lawyers for Corporate by Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers.

He is an active member of AKD Partners s Technology Sector Group, the Energy and Natural Resources Sector Group and the Sustainable Investments Focus Group.
